A medium size (30mm diameter)union flag identity tag supplied deeply engraved on the reverse, with optional engraving on the front. 2.5mm thick tag made from Zinc alloy metal.

Optional engraving on the front of the tag is available at an additional charge. This engraving is paint filled black. For this option please enter your text for the front of the tag in the box labelled 'Front' e.g. I'M MICROCHIPPED. Leave the box blank if nothing is required other than the enamel logo.
