What are the charges for deliveries?
Pet ID Tags and Charms are delivered using Royal Mail 1st class post / Air mail with no delivery charges to pay worldwide. Other items with free delivery are also offered from time to time - this will be detailed in the products description.
Orders containing other items are charged a flat rate of £2.30 per order for UK, and based on weight for international deliveries.
Orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. Large / bulky orders may be sent via courier or Parcelforce. Should you request an express service such as Royal Mail
Special Delivery (guaranteed next day delivery) then we charge you for
this service (please enquire for the charge for your order which is based on weight).
How soon will I receive my order?
Our aim is to send orders out within 5 working days
of an order being placed.
UK orders will be sent out using 1st class
post and the majority of items take a working day to arrive. Allow 3 to 5 working days for international deliveries. You will be
notified by email that your items have been sent out. Orders are processed in order of date received.
What happens if my items do not arrive?

In the unlikely event that your items do not
arrive, please email
info@collarsandtags.co.uk. We obtain certificate of posting / insurance on items
despatched and will follow Royal Mail procedures to obtain compensation.
Should your item not arrive you will have the option of receiving a refund
or a reissue of your order.
What if I need to return an item?
Any items purchased through Collars & Tags Ltd, exluding engraved / personalised items may be returned by prior arrangement at the customers expense within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in there original packaging, unused and must be returned with receipt. For your own protection we suggest you use first class registered post.
Please contact us by email (info@collarsandtags .co.uk) if there is a problem with your
order. We will provide guidance on where to return items, and the options on obtaining an exchange / refund. We are uanable to accept any returns of engraved / personalised items unless the item is defective.
